Management of the Branch Operations Helpdesk, effectively triaging queries, escalating issues and undertaking analysis of queries raised to support the development of best / improved practice. Support in the completion of all required business audit activity, supporting branch teams navigate processes and procedures. Identify trends within queries raised to support the proactive management of potential issues Partner with other support services to ensure queries are owned through to resolution with a customer first mindset. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday And here’s what we’d like youto have...
