Your role will involve assisting with cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for M&E projects. * Support contract and subcontract management, including valuations and variations. * Assist in financial reporting and monitoring project expenditures. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and value engineering. * Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and project documentation. * Support the resolution of commercial issues and disputes. Skills&Experience Required * Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Some experience in a quantity surveying role within building services engineering is preferred. * Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as MS Office and quantity surveying software. * A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
