In this role, you'll line manage a Senior Support Worker and a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of service and support for our participants. As a Cluster Manager you will oversee and optimise operations within our designated clusters. you'll be responsible for building a positive, inclusive team culture and environment across custody and community locations. This role enables Support Workers (direct reports) to engage participants in a range of activities, support access to mainstream provision. Location: Bristol Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Closing Date: 24 March 2025 Key Responsibilities * Support Workers, overseeing all participant support interventions as part of the CFO Evolution programme * Ensure all team members are accountable for timely, accurate and high quality data input onto CATs, including daily monitoring of key performance, data integrity and exception reports. * Conduct regular caseload reviews ensuring all Senior Support Workers and Support Workers are working collaboratively within the South West region and with external providers across other regions to support performance outcomes. * Manage Senior Support Workers and Support Workers local use of the Participant Support Fund (PSF) spend, ensuring it meets eligibility criteria and collation of appropriate evidence and approving as eligible spend; uploading approved spend evidence onto the CATS database as appropriate * To ensure Senior Support Workers and Support Workers adopt a multi-agency approach, working with a range of statutory and non-statutory partners to break down participant barriers to progression. Skills and Experience * Substantial operational experience contract delivery within one or more sites (including custody and/or community) and demonstrable experience of leading a team of case management staff to achieve programme objectives and KPI (Key Performance Indicators). * Critical thinking and reflections to support the evaluation of interventions and service delivery, identifying areas for development. Proactive identification and resolution of risks and issues. * Demonstrable experience of motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards education, training and employment. * Experience of/ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to lead multiple activities and achieve outcomes. * Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills, including and the ability to relate to people at all levels and in a variety of settings. * Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships, including influencing and negotiating. * Ability to seek outsolutions to problems/barriers. * Ability to work as part of a team, working towards a shared goal, supporting others and drawing on the strengths of each individual team member. * Ability to engage individuals who have experienced disadvantage and have multiple complex
