Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will support our Scotland team in delivering the Scottish Government work plan.
Specifically, you will assist in monitoring budgets, tracking project objectives, and ensuring accurate reporting procedures are in place.
Supporting the Scotland Director, you will liaise with businesses and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance our role in skills development.
You will also contribute to quality monitoring of project requirements, attend employer and stakeholder meetings, and manage administrative processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain health and safety records
- Handle queries
- Help to promote our products and services effectively
About You
To be considered as an Administration Assistant, you will need:
- Experience of active engagement with, and influencing, sector businesses and stakeholders
- Experience of working with data and reporting processes
- An awareness and understanding of our sector industries
- An interest in the land-based, aquaculture and environmental conservation sector
- A good eye for detail
- A calm, professional demeanour
- The ability to work well within our friendly and busy team
- An HNC Qualification in Administration (or equivalent)
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
Experience within a project co-ordination or reporting role would be beneficial.
