Account Manager (OEM) - UK&Ireland
Based within 1.5 hours of Rugeley (WS15 1UZ)
Full-Time | Permanent£45,000 + 10% Bonus | Company Car | 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Are you a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a background in OEM sales and business development? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding business across the UK and Ireland.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Development
Understand market trends to identify new business opportunities
Grow and nurture existing strategic accounts
Implement effective strategies to achieve sales targetsSales
Manage and grow key OEM accounts across the UK&Ireland
Provide tailored, solution-oriented sales across products and services
Maintain detailed account planning and customer visit schedules
Track performance and maintain responsibility for sales and margins
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysisCustomer Relations
Build long-term, strategic customer relationships
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain CRM records
Provide quotations and support with pricing offers
Collaborate with major accounts to manage and review forecasts quarterlyMarketing&Exhibitions
Work closely with Group Marketing to increase brand awareness
Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and trade showsInternal Collaboration&Reporting
Participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetings
Coordinate with local Purchasing and Ops teams to align customer demandWhat You'll Bring
Proven experience in external sales/business development, ideally with OEM clients
Strong IT skills, including ERP systems (Navision preferred) and MS Office
A technical mindset and a passion for product-based solutions
Advantageous: Experience within the tyre and wheel industryWho You Are
