One week, all three of them had important offsite meetings on the same day, at different times and locations. I had to coordinate transportation, communicate with other attendees, and make sure that each meeting went off without a hitch.

Candidate: I utilize a combination of electronic and physical tools to stay organized. I use software like Trello and Asana to prioritize tasks and set deadlines, and I also have an old-fashioned planner to keep track of appointments and meetings.
