Strong Presentation & Communication  3. Ability to Work & manage Business & IT stake holders  4. Banking Domin Experience is Must (International Banking Project - as on advantage )  5. User Diagram , Process Flow , Blueworks / Visio etc.  6. JIRA/ Confluence  experience  7. Agile experience  Role & Resposiblities:  1. Should have experience in product implementation, end to end lifecyle, new product and upgrade Projects  2. Should have experience defining Product Strategy by understanding the market, competitors and user’s behavior and offer unique Value propositions 3. Must have exposure on the Banking client / Projects 4. Should have exposure in define Roadmap, OKR’s, MVP’s 5. Conduct user workshops / interviews and define EPIC to low level requirements & deliver the same to IT Team for Development  6. Should be able to define key metrices to track success. Create User flows and journeys 7. Create User Stories / Funcional Requirements for IT to Pick Up  8.
