We are currently seeking a Jr Statistical Programmer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). • This is often a college graduate who is learning the basic principles of the role and is able to handle problems and projects under supervision. • Problems they handle require standard solutions. • Provides project management support to medium sized projects. • Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements. • Supports some aspects of the project execution including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control and reporting. • Supports facilitation for resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control. • Ensures consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project life cycle. • Supports the identification, development and quantification of corrective action plans. • Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials. • Interacts with clients acting as a liaison between business and technology areas. • Typically requires Under Grad degree or 0-2 years relevant experience. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Solid client service attitude. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to translate between non[1]technical business users and technical IT resources. • Knowledge of project management methodology, project management and system architecture. • Good analytical / problem solving skills. • Strong communication skills. • Understands the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning. • Highly organized with ability to multi[1]task, work to deadlines and deliver under pressure. • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. • • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required. • Relocation for International accounts may be required.
