In this role, you will work as an operation support specialist in the new Global S4 HANA team being created in the strategic ERP Transformation Organization. You will work in an international company with a great history, having many divisions and subsidiaries all over the world. You will work with colleagues from different regions, lead meetings, and take responsibility for the SAP PTP (Plan to Produce)/QM workstream. Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: PtP/P2P and QM stream - Ability to demonstrate S4 HANA processes in Plan to Produce and Quality Management processes Experience in PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) implementation & customizing Strong knowledge in setting up various kinds of planning processes and integration with other planning solutions like SAP IBP, APO, and third-party planning solutions Experience in dealing with key integration areas procurement, supply chain, warehouse management, and Quality Experience in S4 Conversion, workflow, interfaces, and EDI Will work with the operations team in support break/fix activities Work in an international team, using collaboration tools, to operate as one cohesive Operations team. Conduct working sessions with business users as required to clarify requirements or troubleshoot issues. Research and apply OSS notes as required to resolve issues. Work in Corning’s ITSM related applications like ServiceNow, Teams, Sharepoint, SAP ChaRM Will be in an on-call rotation supporting the team/organization, expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization. Develop documentation and testing procedures and perform knowledge sharing sessions with the operations team Education & Experience: 3+ years SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation. In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices Plan to Produce (PTP) – Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA Processes for Plan to Produce PPDS – Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Make-to-Order Production - Finished Goods Sales and Final Assembly Make to Stock with Co-Products and By-Products, Repetitive Manufacturing Demand-Driven Replenishment Planning and Execution Manufacturing with Kanban Supply into Production Variant Configuration Batch Management and Handling Unit Management Manufacturing Compliances Just-In-Time Supply to Customer from Stock Experienced SAP S/4 HANA PtP/P2P/Plan to Produce Consultant to work on identifying and resolving complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements. Experience in other SAP modules Development experience (ABAP is a strong plus) Fiori, Adobe Forms, and Workflow experience Proficiency in debugging complex programs ServiceNow experience Written and oral communication in English and customer service skills Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
