SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking is one of the most frequently used products by our customers as every employee regularly records time or requests vacation throughout their working life. The main processes for absence and attendance management, and close integration with Payroll are handled by our cloud solution. We are enhancing this product with a comprehensive shift planning solution—an end-to-end, streamlined AI-driven attendance management application designed to optimize operational costs and minimize compliance risks, overtime, overstaffing, and payroll errors. As a full stack developer, you'll have the chance to join one of our Scrum teams and work alongside talented software engineers. Your role at the application core will present challenges that require analytical thinking, empathy for end users, and the ability to ensure business processes run in a performant way. You shall have opportunities to involve yourself in contributing to and driving all aspect of development life cycle, including requirements verification, solution building and alignments with stakeholders, architectural design, implementation, testing to meet quality criteria, and processes to deliver best solutions to our customers. What you bring (maximum character count 750): BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (full-time) from premier universities with good academic background  2-3 years of Full Stack development experience with expertise in JAVA, SAPUI5 and/or other Front-end technologies(React/Angular/Node), Data Structures and Algorithms Basic experience in software design principles and object-oriented design.
