**DESCRIPTION** Manages, develops, and implements programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects. Partners with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Leads initiatives to optimize supply capacity, improve demand visibility, and manage procurement deliverables for new business start-ups.
