Your manager and mentor will help you every step of the way to ensure you learn and develop new skills. + **Learning Enhancing Sessions:** There will be various, mandatory, learning sessions every week to learn about Pearson, the Technology organization, and various other skills. + **In-Person Activities:** Throughout the internship, you will have the option to partake in office networking events and other Pearson India events. + **Final Project Presentation:** You will present a Final Project report-out to leaders in the final week.**Responsibilities:** + Engage in ongoing generative AI research projects under the guidance of the research team + Contribute to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge generative AI applications + Conduct literature reviews to stay abreast of the latest advancements and trendsin generative AI + Summarize and communicate relevant research findings to the team + Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and test novel algorithms related to generative AI + Analyse literature relevant to generative AI, identifying patterns and insights to inform model selection + Work on data preprocessing and augmentation to build model training/fine-tuning pipelines + Maintain detailed documentation of research methodologies, experiment results, and algorithm implementations + Create clear and concise reports for internal and potentially external dissemination+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and other researchers, to integrate generative models into practical applications **Key Qualifications:** + Candidate who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT.
