**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Project Assistant** to join our team. This role will serve as a vital support resource for various projects and work assignments, ensuring smooth project execution by assisting with project tracking, budgeting, and status communication.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of automation tools such as Power BI, RPA, Python, SQL/SSIS, with at least 2 years of experience in one or more of these tools.
+ Minimum of **2 years of hands-on experience** with automation tools such as Power BI, RPA, Python, SQL/SSIS, or other relevant technologies.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Project Resource Management - Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.
Project Schedule Management - Manages the planned schedule using the recommended schedule management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
Project Scope Management - Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
College or equivalent degree preferred.
**Experience:**
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Hands on Knowledge in various automation tools like Power BI, RPA, Python, SQL/SSIS etc.
