Ensure width and depth of distribution of CP products in the given zone and implementation of company’s strategies through availability and transparency of the products so as to achieve the sales and distribution objectives in the zone. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES RELATED TO IT: - Achieve CPS (Colgate Palmolive Sales) and STT (Sales To Trade) targets every month INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: - Ensure availability of optimum stocks by ensuring accurate planning and MBQ (Minimum Base Quantity) setting to each customer HANDLE RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMER: - Ensuring a balanced relationship with customer, stockist and store manager. HANDLE TRADE PROMOTION CLAIMS: - Ensuring that claims from each customer collected debit note and submit to theDirect Trade finance team as per norms and keep track of their settlement IT USAGE FOR WORKING: - All CDOs should be able to use the tools of DMS-ITT/Palm, Laptop efficiently to make data/fact based decisions & recommendations and should support it with relevant numerical analysis. PREPARE MONTHLY ANALYSIS REPORT: - Maintaining reports & information as required by the company. Compiling facts and figures according to established format/procedures as required. - Reporting driven activity, schemes & related developments from the market. LEAD AND DEVELOP RESOURCES: - Assign & schedule work to stockist sales associate, merchandiser, champion (promoter) - Monitor team performance and provide support/solution when needed - Maintain team capabilities toward appropriate training. - Ensure the quality of communication on trade promotions are cascaded to team Crucial: Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in the FMCG Companies.
