We are currently seeking a Security-EndPoint protection, detection and response-Zscaler-Systems Administration Senior Specialis to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN). Firewall / Security Engineer The Firewall / Security Engineer will be responsible for production and non-production Device Design/Policy/functionality for service implementation. They will also be responsible for completing assigned projects (e.g. detailed procedures, tickets, NDD, etc.) in a manner consistent with the Citi Standard, which emphasizes the importance of providing exceptional customer service. Ultimately, they are responsible for meeting consulting billing objectives. Job Responsibilities: • Install, test, and evaluate customer ordered/procured equipment and software. • Train/socialize to other project engineers on how to use Citi technology. • Ensure customer communication and satisfaction when project is complete to be sure project has met all proposal objectives and is completed on-time. • Act as representative to identify opportunities as they relate to NTTDATA - CITI practice areas. • Refer potential add-on sales opportunities to either account managers or solutions engineers. • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge  • Schedule conversions and cutovers and support traffic analysis and traffic shaping design plans. • Perform network security utilizing VRF, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), access control list (ACL), IPSec and Layer 2 Virtual Private Network (L2 VPNs). • Design the capabilities for caching and proxy to enhance information access and performance. • Integrate with public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates and network accounts to support two-factor authentication for all Active Directory (AD) domain account categories and eliminate the need for password-based authentication. • Perform tasks associated with Stateful Packet Filtering Network Firewall, Application Firewall, and Web Application Firewall. • Design Uniform Resource Locator (URL) filtering, anti-malware, HTTP and HTTPS inspections. • Complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reporting. • Strong expertise in deployment of Cisco/CheckPoint and Palo Alto Networks firewalls. • Understanding of Check Point and/or Cisco ASA firewalls preferred. • Basic understanding of IDS/IPS appliances. • Thorough understanding of large scale environments • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills • Process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills • Ability to build consensus. • Strong interpersonal skills About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
