Looking for smart individuals with learning agility and a high sense of ownership.  Past experience in FMCG is preferred  Main Responsibilities:    Collect and compile data from various stakeholders.    Ensure the accuracy and completeness of by reconciling discrepancies.    Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights    Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making    Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to track performance of different KPIs    Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders    Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, validation, and analysis    Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement Preferred Requirements:  Hands-on expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets  3-5 yrs experience in MIS and Reporting  Excellent reporting and dashboarding skills  Strong attention to detail and accuracy  Good written and oral communication skills   Past experience in FMCG   Expertise in Visualisation / Dashboarding    Familiarity with programming languages, such as VBA, for data manipulation and automation Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
