We are currently seeking a SAP Taulia MM IT Business Process Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). SAP Taulia MM IT Business Process Analyst: Lead the SAP FICO work for the Small Enhancement team Provide the general direction, has duty of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems analysts and the support teams. Act as a liaison between business units and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations. Act as the liaison with the project EBS Capability Leads and the project team members providing updates and seeking approval on work. Design and develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements. Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations. Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams. Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams. Minimum Qualifications: 15 years of experience with SAP FICO configuration and testing. Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline. 15 years’ experience within a global ERP Systems, global Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems environment or IT Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner. Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment. Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions. Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S4 Hana. Experience with IDOC’s and Integrations. Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills. Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks. Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
