As an Manager Technical Service and Application, LLS IME, you would own and run technical service and application projects of all types of dosage forms (and routes of administration) in Nutraceutical formulations, perform tech transfer activities at commercial scale and train customers in the various applications of Lubrizol technologies. You would work with the Lubrizol LifeSciences India technical and commercial team and collaborate with global LLS technical organization. What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):   •    Lead Nutraceutical formulation projects for regional and global markets •    Lead registration activities at various government bodies mainly FDA / CDSCO and FSSAI •    Plan formulation projects, design and conduct experiments, analyze results, maintain accurate records of experiments, results and conclusions •    Provide projects updates through issuance of technical reports and presentations for internal and external use •    Transfer product development knowledge at commercial scale technology transfer •    Make technical presentations to formulation scientists to promote Lubrizol technologies to accelerate product development •    Work seamlessly as a member of and LLS global technical organization and local LLS cross-functional team. •    Conduct work within Lubrizol laboratories, in compliance with all safety policies and procedures  Skills That Make a Difference: •    Advanced degree (M. Pharm. / M. Sc. / M. Tech / Ph.D.) in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry or related field with 10 years of relevant Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical / Beauty Home formulation development and launch experience for regional and global regulated markets. •    Experience in commercial scale manufacturing and commercialization of Nutraceutical R & D projects •    Proficiency in design, formulation and stability of various Nutraceutical dosage forms, including solid dosage forms and drug delivery systems, as demonstrated through scientific publications, presentations, and commercial launches of products •    Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills with exposure to different cultures will be an added advantage •    Knowledge of nutraceutical product development process and local and global regulatory requirements •    Knowledge of various registration processes at FDA/CDSCO and FSSAI •    Highly motivated toward achievements, well organized, results oriented and a team player •    Ability to travel (up to 25%)   Ready for your next career step?
