This position will work closely with Brand Managers in implementing Influencer Marketing strategies in terms of collaboration, coordination, day-to-day operations, and reporting & tracking of campaigns. Past experience in managing influencer marketing for FMCG and/or D2C brands is preferred  Main Responsibilities :  Implement influencer marketing collaborations and campaigns to meet brand objectives and target audience. Help identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand values and campaign requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencer agencies and collaborate as a key POC. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns. Coordinate with agencies and influencers to review scripts, assets placement,  and ensure adherence to brand communication guidelines  Support monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Track and report on key metrics, demonstrating the effectiveness and ROI of influencer marketing initiatives. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing regulations and compliance guidelines. Conducting competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc) :  Proven track record of 1 to 2 years as an Influencer Marketing Executive. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Learning agility and a high sense of ownership Past experience in managing and supporting influencer campaigns for FMCG / D2C companies in personal care space Preferred Requirements: :  Graduation /Post Graduation degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
