What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Architect/ IT Manager Application development & Support). The ideal candidate will be expected to engage in active collaboration with business and technical teams, as well as IT counterparts, to set up the SAP procurements applications (Ariba, Materials Management) and provide support. Proficiency in comprehending business issues and their requirements, with the capability to translate them into an actionable solution design is a key requirement for success in this role. The candidate should be comfortable in playing a lead role towards the evolution of technology deployments across the global footprint. Maintain production systems reliability through accurate utilization of GIT standard support and governance processes. You are a function expert Understand and apply information technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to address business issues Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources availability Ability to work with and collaborate with Business Teams and the GIT Teams toward developing a feasible and sustainable processes Ensure proper documentation of processes, knowledge acquisition, and transfers Carry out testing and create test scripts and Prepare functional specifications. Develop and provide leadership during testing and quality assurance phases Drive continuous improvement of process definition. Experience in project management and system upgrades. Act as a consultant in the Supply Chain area and represent their department when collaborating with decision-making and technical bodies. Experience in developing Functional specifications for using objects like user exits, BADIs, enhancements Should have basic knowledge of Debug Skill Should have at least One End to End Implementation experience in required area (SAP Ariba and SAP MM). What you’ll need…(Required): Engineering graduate with 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana or ECC 6.0 Hands on experience in SAP Materials Management and SAP Ariba modules in Procure to Pay cycle for direct & Indirect. Should have knowledge on Enterprise structure setup in SAP & should be able to do all configuration related to Procurement applications like SAP Ariba and SAP Material management. Experience in replenishment scenario setup for intercompany & intracompany process between 2 plants Strong knowledge of SAP WM and Batch management & Integration with FI Strong oral & written communication skills. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and identify root cause Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies Eager to stay ahead of technological advancements and apply them to enhance business operations. Effectively lead multi-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions Analyzing repetitive issues and implementing strategies to minimize support tickets Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance across various business processes. What you’ll need…(Preferred): Added advantages of applications like EDI interfaces -messages in procurement & logistics area, ABAP debugging.
