Roles & Responsibilities: Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues Experience in developing / Supporting the Blue Prism bots Test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on regular basis Prepare and summarize customer input/comments on product features/capabilities for product marketing and planning Having an understanding/experience in Power Apps / Power Automate bot development is preferred Support the Hyper care period after the go-live. Relevant certifications in RPA are beneficial.
