**DESCRIPTION** This role requires to lead Environmental Improvement Projects. The Maintenance Engineer assists in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment. This role also involves supporting utility activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to continuous process improvements within a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of production equipment to ensure availability and capability. + Collaborate with teams in the maintenance organization and assist line employees in basic maintenance procedures. + Support Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering in identifying and resolving equipment issues. + Assist in maintaining spare parts and indirect materials inventory using a computerized maintenance management system. + Contribute to equipment engineering design evaluations and the implementation of maintenance processes. + Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to by identifying hazards and promoting safe practices. + Build and document standard procedures to establish continuity and process standardization. + Lead and Monitor Energy Management including Water and Electricity.
