**DESCRIPTION** **Key Responsibilities:** + Deliver standard GDM elements and processes within Oracle and Windchill PLM. + Supervise GDM team activities to meet business requirements. + Support Change Control processes within Windchill PLM and Oracle ERP. + Drive improvements in process and data quality. + Lead meetings, discuss project goals, and collaborate with internal teams and external peers. + Manage project actions and follow-up meetings to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. + Proactively address issues by proposing solutions or actions when current processes are not sufficient. + Utilize intermediate Oracle SQL skills to create scripts related to Oracle modules. + Apply project management expertise to follow through on open actions and tasks. + Analyze design concepts, identify issues, and communicate solutions effectively. + Utilize data analysis skills and Excel/Office Applications to produce reports and insights. + Document and monitor tasks, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring progress. + Ensure adherence to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. + Manage interfaces for importing Item, BOM, and ECO data. + Provide Level 3 support for critical technical issues. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Qualifications:** + **Education:** BSc in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
