Download and send early morning RDIT consolidated report- every Tuesday – combine 3 reports (1 is fetched from summit and 2 are auto-scheduled ) and send early morning. Request approval in SLACK-IAM - Received daily – Request received are informed by emails in outlook, add users in group (mentioned by client) and approve requests in IAM. Ticket resolving- occasionally -getting emails to resolve user issues- majorly adding/removing users in group. Assisting Clients with creations/modifications as per requirements Creating/modifying user groups- frequently-requests are received by emails in Athena mailbox. Marking users complete through MBOX report.-twice a week- Emails received labelled as ‘outbound’ has sheet links. Download the data and load the template in EDGE to mark users complete. Template and configuration has already been created and saved. Activating/deactivating groups based on email requests. All the actions are specified in emails. Assisting Clients with creations/modifications as per requirements P.s: Major part of the job is to work with User groups in CSOD (adding/removing users/activating groups/deactivating groups) Nice to Have Understanding of business requirements, scientific data, compliance considerations, and processes for laboratory information management, life sciences compliance, and/or computer systems validation Experience implementing or administrating Laboratory Information Management Systems for life sciences as a consultant, business, or IT representative Direct experience with systems such as LabWare, SQL LIMS, LabVantage, StarLIMS, SampleManager, SmartLab, BIOVIA, Nugenesis, Empower, Laboratory Information Manager System, QMS, ELN, LIMS, and other informatics or similar systems Consulting experience SaaS/Cloud experience
