Issue system invoices including printing and distribution. Handle customer collection and follow up overdue receivables. Forecast monthly income cash and monitor risk. Record incoming payment; investigate and resolve discrepancy. Handle monthly AR closing activities. Prepare periodic AR analysis reports. Ensure SOX compliance. Support incoming inquiries. Assist ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leaders. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting is preference. Fresh graduate is acceptable. 1-2 years working experience in accounting is preference. Experience with SAP, Peoplesoft system is a plus. Shared service experience is a plus. Good command in both oral and written English Familiar with Microsoft office software, especially Excel Detail-oriented and diligent Strong ownership and good time management skill Willing to acquire new knowledges and skill Soft Skills {Communication/Team/Leadership}: Good communicate skill. Be supportive of team initiatives. Good self management/motivation skill
