We are currently seeking a BSA Associate Director to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN). Roles and Responsibilities: Lead functional testing of Life Insurance policy admin system for US clients Be a key team member and enabler in driving the Mainframe functional testing of policy admin system Implement functional testing best practices for multiple TPA(Third Party Administrator) clients Participate in test strategy documentation during new client onboarding and make sure all aspects of testing are covered Participate in requirement and test planning walkthroughs with clients and internal stakeholders Participate in defect triage calls with clients Standardization of procedures for clients Assist in mentoring and training of junior testers Project tracking and identifying possible escalations for the clients Attend and be prepared to discuss clients’ status in Leadership touchpoint Experience working in batch and real-time admin systems Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders LOMA certifications preferred Graduate (BE / MSc / MCA) 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST, Monday to Friday Years of experience: Over 15 years of IT experience in functional testing with at least 5 years of experience in Linux-based policy admin systems. 2-3 years of Life Insurance domain experience is preferred Education Qualification -  Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA) About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
