We are looking for an accomplished Principal Automation Development Architect to take charge of defining the strategic vision and leadership for our Operational Automation and AI Center Of Excellence as a Technical Program Head. Create scalable automation frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple environments. Expertise in implementing secure coding standards. Architect cross-platform automation frameworks for both cloud and on-premises systems. Establish best practices, guidelines, and standards for organization-wide automation. Create custom applications, APIs, and extensions on SAP BTP as required.  Manage secure automation infrastructures, including cloud environments and microservices. Integrate SAP systems with other platforms using SAP BTP capabilities. Build and monitor business process automation workflows for operational efficiency. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure security, scalability, and performance of automated solutions. Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of automation efforts, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.  Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science with a specialization in any of these - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Robotics 15+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in an automation architecture role. Proven experience in designing and scaling automation frameworks across large enterprises. Expertise in Power Automate, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and business process automation. Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Leadership experience in implementing automation strategies, structures, and governance. Experience integrating AI and machine learning into automation processes. Proven leadership and people management abilities, with excellent communication skills to influence decisions at the senior management level. You will be joining a dynamic, cross-functional team responsible for delivering process standardization and innovative automated solutions across the organization. The Solution Delivery @ Scale—Transformation and Innovation team within ASC Delivery Excellence Management collaborates closely with stakeholders from various ASC hub units to drive the optimization of project delivery and business processes through automation.
