We are seeking an experienced Business Application Solution Architect to design and implement high-quality technical solutions for our business applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into robust and scalable architectures. You will be responsible for defining and overseeing the architecture of SAP Fiori applications and RPA Solutions, integrating them with back-end systems, (Generative) AI models and solutions, and ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. This position relies on a deep understanding of SAP and proprietary platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements.
Develop solution architectures for business applications, focusing on SAP Fiori, UI5, and related technologies.
Design scalable, high-performance backend services using CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model and CDS (Core Data Services) views.
Lead the integration of SAP Fiori applications with OData services and other back-end systems.
Design the architecture of SAP Build and MS Power Platform solutions, stand-alone or integrated with SAP Fiori
Collaborate on system architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Guide development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to architectural design and meet performance and security standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptual design through to deployment and support.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in SAP and cloud technologies, (Generative) AI and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions with a focus on SAP Fiori, UI5, and related framework like Angular JS/ React JS etc.
Proficiency in developing and extending SAP Fiori applications, including front-end and back-end integration.
Strong experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model, Core Data Services (CDS) views, and Node.js.
Expertise in working with OData services, JSON, XML, and SQL databases (queries, performance optimization, etc.).
Experience in leading technical discussions, translating business requirements into solution architectures.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical requirements.
Solid understanding of Agile development practices, including leading or participating in scrum ceremonies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP cloud products.
Knowledge of security standards and best practices in SAP environments.
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD processes for cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with (mobile) application development for SAP solutions.
Experience with the development and/or application of machine learning, Generative AI models and other AI frameworks.
