We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Troubleshoot issues with Discovery, SCCM, Intune and applicable Service Graph connectors. Ensure IRE rules are correctly set up and CI/Asset data is correctly loaded into CMDB. Work with asset/CI owners to identify discovery patterns, configure and CMDB load. Work with asset/CI owners on non-discovered assets and resolve. Verify completeness, compliance, correctness, stale CIs, duplicate CIs and resolve if issues.  Perform regular checks on CMDB health dashboard/metrics/KPIs for accuracy. Resolve CI discrepancies if impacting other processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) ServiceNow configurations, integrations, development would be plus. Excellent communications. Collaboratively work with multiple teams. Ability to coordinate and exchange work with Offshore team.
