Develop and support End to End business configurations for various SAP ERP Public Cloud scenarios. Responsibilities include developing and delivering best practices content for SAP ERP Public Cloud , creating user assistance (UA) deliverables that enable users to deploy, administer, and use SAP software. UA deliverables include, but are not limited to, terminology, UI texts, guides, scripts, context-sensitive help and tutorials. Collaborate with stakeholders from different lines of business and geographies. Learn and work with Central Business Configuration (CBC), a single platform for configuring all SAP’s cloud solution. This role requires adaptability to work on the best practices content development on various ERP modules as needed. Functional and hands on knowledge in SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Cross application timesheets (CATS) 5+ years of SAP ERP Implementation experience in SAP Professional Services Projects. Openness and flexibility to learn and work on SAP Best practices content development and associated tools and technologies. Being a team player with positive attitude Excellent written and spoken skills in English Programming knowledge in ABAP or java is optional,  but an added advantage. Product Services Content team is a central team that provide services to different Line of businesses in the ERP Public cloud engineering unit.
