Creating, delivering, and publishing Help documentation and Built-In Learning content. Handling documentation and other Knowledge Management deliverables in various portals/forums. Supporting the Solution & Product Management, Development, and Partners with your knowledge and writing skill. Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirement from the developers / PO Teams for documentation.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with documentation of  Software Products. Familiarity with SDLC / DDLC. Knowledge in GIT Documentation is an added advantage.
