Whar role you will play in team The Project to Assets Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of Project to Assets Analysts and a Coordination Lead within Financial Services India GBC.  This team ensures the timely and accurate accounting and reporting of long-term fixed assets and intangibles of the company.    What you will do Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Project to Assets Analysts and a Coordination Lead Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight for the Project to Assets processes Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project to assets activities to senior management Compliance: Ensure all work processes comply with relevant process controls and reporting requirements Training and Development: Develop and implement training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members About you Required qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting/finance and reporting of fixed assets and intangibles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the oil and gas industry Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools Experience in SAP, Group Reporting , Blackline, Workiva or analytics tools such as PowerBI Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping concepts Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Resilience, flexibility and agility Proficiency in English Preferred Qualification: Degree from a university in the U.S., U.K., Australia or other English speaking international institution Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
