Whar role you will play in team The Project to Assets Analyst will be responsible for accounting and reporting for long-term fixed assets and intangibles of the company.  What you will do Key Responsibilities Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the creation, monitoring, and capitalization of projects Track and control costs associated with projects Manage the accounting and reporting of long-term fixed assets and intangibles Handle the acquisition and registration of assets Analyze depreciation, depletion, and amortization Manage the disposal and elimination of assets Coordinate month-end close activities Perform fluctuation analysis Provide support for tax reporting Handle governmental reporting requirements Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain close interaction with business lines and Planning & Stewardship teams Fixed Assets Independent Verification: Support fixed assets independent verification Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation: Perform balance sheet account reconciliations About you Required qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and reporting of fixed assets and intangibles Skills:   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with data visualization tools and ERP systems is a plus Understanding of accounting principles and practices SAP, Group Reporting , Blackline, Workiva or analytics tools such as PowerBI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English Analytical and creative thinking abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail and accuracy Resilience, flexibility, and agility Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
