Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Require a Grade 9 who will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, will be at ease with interfacing with clients and can perform the client-facing PMO activities which will focus on governance – attending client’s project meetings and taking minutes, issue and circulate minutes, follow up on actions arising from the meetings, maintaining a number of trackers, possibly monitoring and tracking invoices, Purchase Orders, producing a plan on a page, and performing administrative tasks. The other 50% account directed PMO duties is an internal role which will involve using SAP (OneERP) to creating and maintaining orders, allocating contract values against orders, managing financials such as reviewing forecasts against project actuals, revenue and costs, raising  invoicing and carrying out due diligence around aged debts, outstanding billing for projects, raising Purchase Orders and goods receipt.
