No leaves are assigned for the duration. **Internship Program overview** + **Internship Project(s):** You will be given a project to work on for the entire summer and do a final presentation during the last week of the internship. Your manager and mentor will help you every step of the way to ensure you learn and develop new skills. + **Learning Enhancing Sessions:** There will be various, mandatory, learning sessions every week to learn about Pearson, the Technology organization, and various other skills. + **In-Person Activities:** Throughout the internship, you will have the option to partake in office networking events and other Pearson India events. + **Final Project Presentation:** You will present a Final Project report-out to leaders in the final week.**Responsibilities:** + Assist in the configuration and customization of Oracle ERP modules. + Support the implementation and integration of Oracle ERP systems. + Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business operations. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions. + Participate in system testing and validation processes. + Document processes, configurations, and user guides. + Provide end-user training and support as needed. **Key Qualifications:** + Candidate who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT.
