Ensure all variances are thoroughly explained and justified Have periodic review of financials with business & finance leaders Ability to be a team player, troubleshooter and a consensus-builder Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to thrive in Ambiguity and embrace change Ability to aggregate large volumes of data and construct useful analysis for Management insights Excellent presentation skills Demonstrated ability to be proactive and self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic work environment Qualified Fresher CA or MBA or Graduate/Post graduate with 2-4 years of experience
