The Technical Support Specialist ensures that users receive prompt and accurate assistance on issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Assist users with IT issues, such as software bugs, connectivity issues, and hardware failures.
