As a Food Service Supervisor(NOC 62020), your duties will be: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and look after the daily inventory Establish methods to meet work schedules Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage and also maintain the daily cash flow. Train staff in job duties and safety procedures Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and also look after & resolve the customer concerns if have any.
