Position: Marketing Coordinator Wage: C$35 per hour Working Hours: 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of the employee's total wages during the year Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: Victoria, BC Job Duties: · Evaluate delivery and pickup service features to identify effective ways to reach potential customers and promote Laila Express's services · Develop and implement marketing strategies, including printed materials and in-store promotions · Create content for physical marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and signage · Coordinate promotional offers or incentives to encourage repeat business · Track customer response to marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly · Provide insights and recommendations related to marketing activities and campaign effectiveness · Set up and manage basic online profiles or business listings, and engage with customer reviews or feedback where applicable · Support the development of simple communication strategies to keep customers informed of service hours, updates, and pickup/delivery availability · Conduct market research to better understand customer preferences, local demand, and competitor activity · Explore opportunities to increase brand awareness within the local community and through vendor partnerships
