It will be a crucial addition to our team that reduces stress for other teachers, improves teaching quality, and enhances the overall learning experience for students. If you have a strong background in teaching English, especially IELTS preparation tests, and a commitment to student success, we want to hear from you. Job Duties:  1.Participate in the designing of teaching plans including developing the course materials, practice tests, and exam techniques for each of the IELTS modules. 2.Examine the IELTS scoring system and instruct the students on how to meet the criteria for higher band scores by instructing test-taking strategies, time management, and how to approach different question types. 3.Provide study plans for students with different learning curves, organize regular mock tests to assess students' ongoing progress, and identify areas where students can receive more support. 4.Provide one-on-one sessions or small discussion groups to reinforce students' performance in tackling specific weaknesses. 5.Go through students' practice materials such as test questions, homework, and reading comprehension, to provide constructive feedback on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, coherence, and more. 6.Stay updated on the latest policy changes or trends in the IELTS exam format and adjust teaching methods accordingly. 7.Maintain an effective communication channel with students and their guardians to address concerns and ensure a positive learning experience for everyone. 8.Help students develop better learning habits such as time management, improving bottlenecks, and note-taking skills. 9.Prepare students emotionally by encouraging and motivating them to stay focused on study goals; help students build confidence by emphasizing the importance of effort and learning instead of unrealistically high expectations.
