Position Requirements · Education in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field. · 3-4 years of experience within the accommodation or hospitality industry. · Effective verbal and written communication for interactions with guests, staff, and stakeholders. · Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. · Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. · Skill in resolving challenges promptly and efficiently. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies as needed. · Familiarity with hotel management software, reservation systems, and relevant technology.
