CAFUNE HAIR SALON is currently looking for a permanent and full-time Hair Salon Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: · Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the hairdressing salon operations · Establish or implement policies and procedures for hairdressing salon staff · Plan and control budget and inventory · Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems · Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies · Hire, train and supervise staff · Train and educate salon staff on Japanese hairstyling and hairdressing technique, for example but not limited to, Japanese straightening, Digital perm, Chemical theory behind it, and etc. · Maintain and order supplies/hair products from Japan Compensation: $34.70 hour + tips and bonus (based on performance), 4% vacation pay Work Location: 3172 Cambie St, Vancouver, BC V5Z 2W2 Please send your resume by E-mail: hr.cafunehairsalon@outlook.com (Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.)
