Job Duties: · Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. · Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. · Monitor cash flow, prepare financial statements, and provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. · Manage tax planning, audits, and corporate financial obligations. · Lead the finance team to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. · Participate in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of financial team members. · Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and business growth initiatives. · Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
