Position Details: Company Name: Canadian Excavating Ltd. Company's Location: 3435 48th Ave E, Vancouver, BC, V5S 1H6 Position: Excavation Worker Number of Positions: 1 Term of Employment: Full-time; Permanent Wage: $24.00 per hour Work Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver (BC) areas as per company's work contracts with its customers. Position responsibilities: · Load and unload construction materials and tools and move them to work areas. · Place and remove barricades as required at excavation or demolition sites. · Remove rubble and other debris at work sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment. · Assist crew in excavation and placing drainage pipes and other underground utilities. · Assist material or soil transporting truck drivers in backing up to and moving from the job site by hand-eye coordination. · Clean up debris and dirt spilled on nearby properties and roads during excavating and demolishing.
