Company Location: 1907- 1050 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC, V6Z 2S3 Position: Construction Site Supervisor Job Type: Full-time; Permanent Number of Positions: 1 Salary: $32.00 per hour Expected start date: As soon as possible Work locations: Various locations in Vancouver BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company's work contracts with its clients. Position Responsibilities · Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in all type of Concrete work in our new construction projects and renovation projects. · Establish methods to meet work schedules and, coordinate work activities with other subcontractors. · Resolve work related problems and, implement measures to improve productivity and work quality. · Order materials and supplies. · Monitor work progress for each project. · Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. · Prepare work progress reports. Job requirements: · Completion of secondary school required. · Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar trade is required. · Ability to communicate in English.
