POSITION SUMMARY: Looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Supervisor with experience overseeing cleaning operations in residential, commercial, or multi-unit buildings. Responsibilities include managing cleaning staff, inspecting sites to ensure cleanliness and safety standards, coordinating schedules, and maintaining service quality. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and post-construction sites. - Inspect properties to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met. - Report and coordinate repairs, deep cleans, or service upgrades as needed. - Hire, train, and mentor new cleaning staff on procedures and safety practices. - Organize work schedules and assign staff based on site needs and availability. - Track inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate restocking as required. - Assist with quotes, cost estimates, and maintaining cleaning service records. - Communicate with clients and property managers to address service issues or feedback. - Ensure all cleaning activities follow health and safety guidelines. - Step in to perform cleaning tasks during staff shortages or for training purposes.
