DBA Coinsite 2015 Main St #2, Vancouver, BC V5T 3C2 Type of position: Full-time (Hybrid work structure (office/WFH)) Salary: $59-$62/hour (40 hours per week) Currently, the company is seeking one (1) CEO to spearhead the growth of the organization by leading the company to excel and develop in the cryptocurrency space in Canada and across North America. The CEO of Coinsite will be in charge of the following: · Establish objectives for the company and develop high quality business strategies, policies and programs ensuring they align with company's short and long-term vision. · Oversee all operations and day to day business activities and coordinate the work of departments and divisions. · Setting the vision for the company and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale. · Driving growth, profitability, and company value. · Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture. · Aligning resources to achieve key business goals. · Owning the operational budget and managing burn rate. · Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy, and strategic objectives. · Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. · Work with software development team to improve company's app development effort. · Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. · Represent company at major crypto currency events in the industry as company's leader by engaging as Speaker. · Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning · Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. · Expand the company's footprint by establishing major departments and senior staff positions and travel to various parts of country hire and recruit for these roles.
