Many of our services include commercial wiring, house wiring, industrial wiring, home automation, vacuum, troubleshooting, security system, new constructions, basement renovations, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations and much more. We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured company. We are known for our best customer service and quality workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and performing a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: $27.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
· Answer phones, take accurate messages, and handle incoming calls appropriately.
· Respond to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other correspondence.
· Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and in a friendly manner.
· Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs.
· Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
· Keep track of invoices, reports, and correspondence to keep them in order.
· Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
· Compile and administer monthly performance data and statistical reports.
· Schedule office events and travel arrangements as needed.
· Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them.
· Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary school.
· Minimum 1 year of experience or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
· Skill in resolving challenges promptly and efficiently.
· Strong computer skills including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work in a team environment.
