Genesa CPA Corp. is actively seeking a multiple self-driven and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptive individuals possessing technical, leadership, and relationship skills, coupled with a curiosity and drive for growth in both professional and personal settings. Responsibilities: -Oversee and manage the operations of accounting and tax preparation services for personal, corporate, partnership, and trust clients, ensuring efficiency and compliance. -Design, evaluate, and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures to enhance the company's workflow, optimize performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. -Prepare and review financial statements, including preparing trial balances, reconciling, and maintaining general ledgers. -Provide tax advice to clients regarding their incorporation, purchase of a business, tax compliance, and review of their tax returns. -Train and oversee the work of accountants, monitor their workflow, and effectively allocate work files, fostering a high-performing team. -Record and analyze clients' financial data and prepare reports for presentation to clients. -Advise clients on financial planning, analyze projections, and make necessary adjustments. -Lead the team to achieve goals and meet deadlines during tax season. -Communicate timely with partners regarding client engagements and business developments. -Resolve discrepancies to prevent potential reporting errors -Monitor financial trends and provide critical insights to senior management to support business growth and stability. -Perform all other related duties as required.
