Positions available 1 Salary $34.65 per hour for 35 - 40 hours a week Benefits Dental Plan, Disability benefits, Health care plan, Paramedical services Coverage, Vision care benefits, Life Insurance Main duties: · Provide IT Help Desk Troubleshooting as assigned in person and remotely · Maintaining consistent communication, including IT logs and documentation · Computer and network troubleshooting as required · Provide advice and training to users on operating system and hardware issues · Setup systems, manage licensing and security permissions · Configuring and maintenance of phones, computers, and services · Operate system to control and monitor the networks and to coordinate access and use of computer, phone networks. · Provide advice and training via various means of communications for new computer users and network setup, changing in existing setup, adding new · Setup like new Computers, switch, or access point. · Follows up on unresolved calls; provide regular communication to clients advising of progress on their requests · Classify and categorize incidents, prioritize incidents to ensure timely resolution through the established escalation process · Perform general administrative duties for the company, as needed related to the technical support work only · Assist in documenting and communicating user/technical service policies for products supported by the Help Desk · Develop reference and training materials and provide end-user training · Setup desktop and IP Phones and Voice mail and give support to clients · Support, maintain and monitor phone management system · Configure and setup new user profile and remove leavers from Server active directory · Configure and set new user profile and remove leavers from Exchange mail server Employment requirements: High school completion is required. Completion of relevant education in computer science, programming or network administration is required or an equivalent experience.
